The Pram Centre’s website was difficult to update and was built on an outdated Magento 1 ecommerce platform. The design and user experience of the website did not reflect the high-level service and quality of the products on offer. The Pram Centre approached Digital Drive to build a new ecommerce website to not only look and perform great but have a backend system that was easy to manage, was error free and fast.
The Pram Centre’s goals were to increase online sales and reduce the amount of time staff had to spend while managing products and processing customer orders.
