MFC Sports design, develop and deliver excellent quality teamwear and leisurewear to clubs, schools, organisations and individuals across the world.

The Problem

One of our longest serving clients, MFC Sports were a start-up teamwear company when we first joined as their digital partner. MFC provide a unique teamwear design and online order process which sets them apart from the competition, however their old website did now showcase their wide range of garments and designs. MFC knew they had to put their best foot forward online.

The Solution

As their old website wasn’t generating enough leads or sales, our first approach was to plan and carry out a usability testing session to define the problem areas of the website and figure out why it wasn’t converting more website visitors into leads. We organised 5 people, representative of MFC’s user personas and drilled down more specifically on what they were looking for, what they expected to see and why they were not submitting an enquiry.

After finding out the blockers within the website that were preventing potential customers from enquiring, we completely redesigned the MFC website to highlight what makes them unique as a Teamwear company – Their wide range of garments, range of designs, unique order process (MFC Link ™) and their Loyalty15 give back scheme. We designed the website with usability the key focus, making it easy for potential customer to quickly find the information they need and submit an enquiry.

Once the website was launched, we worked with the team at Digital Performance Lab, to implement a Digital Marketing Strategy including Google Ads, Paid Social and Email Marketing Automation. To help the team at MFC track leads more accurately through their sales pipeline we configured Pipedrive CRM.

The Result

Within hours of launching the new website, leads and enquires started to increase immediately. Within the first month the website recorded 102 genuine enquires, an increase of 172% from their previous monthly average. As well as this, the website recorded 189 secondary leads by offering a downloadable brochure and price list, an increase of 212%. By implementing Pipedrive CRM into their daily sales process, MFC have more data than ever before, allowing them to refine their sales and delivery process and convert more leads into sales. Ultimately MFC now have a powerful marketing tool that helps them drive more sales and grow their business.
